The situation
The scene is strong.
The coordination isn't.
Before Wheelers
- Ride plans buried in 12 WhatsApp groups
- Meetup points lost in a Facebook post
- No idea who actually shows up
- Respect measured in likes, not kilometres
With Wheelers
- Every mission in one feed, filtered by distance
- Exact meetup pin, time and route briefing
- Real headcount with RSVP and QR check-in
- Rank earned only by showing up
The arsenal
Everything a rider needs. Nothing they don't.
Built around one thing: getting riders on the road together. No marketplace, no distractions, no fake clout.
02
Rider identity & garage
Sign in with your phone number. Build your rider profile and park your bikes in your garage, straight from a catalogue of real brands and models.
03
Packs
Join a team that rides like you. Packs set their own standards by bike class and model, and a rider rides for one pack only.
04
Pack comms
Private chat rooms for your pack. Plan the next run, share the route and keep the noise out.
05
QR check-in
Scan in at the meetup point. Attendance is verified on the spot, so every ride on your record is a ride you really made.
06
Club pulse
One feed for the whole scene: ride recaps with photos, new packs, rider milestones and anniversaries, all in one place.
07
Rider posts
Post a story, photos from the road or a question for the club. Share it with everyone or keep it pack-only, and edit it any time. Riders like and comment on it.
08
Rank & leaderboard
Climb from Recruit to Legend. Your rank is driven by attendance, and official missions weigh more.
09
Mission alerts
New missions near you, schedule changes, cancellations and pack updates, pushed straight to your phone. You decide what you hear about.
The protocol
From sign-up to the open road in four moves.
- 01
Forge your identity
Sign up with your phone number and a one-time code. Add your bike to the garage.
- 02
Pick your mission
Browse missions near you or deploy with your pack. Hit join and you are on the roster.
- 03
Check in at the pin
Show up at the meetup point and scan the mission QR. That ride is now on your record.
- 04
Rank up
Every verified ride pushes you up the ladder. Share the recap and let the club see it.
Who it's built for
For riders who actually ride.
Sport, naked, adventure, cruiser, supermoto, enduro, touring or scooter. If you're one of Egypt's bikers out on the road every weekend, this is your club.
The solo rider
Find your people
New in town or just done riding alone? Find missions that match your bike and your pace, and meet riders who take it as seriously as you do.
- Missions filtered by distance
- Bike-class matched rides
- A record that speaks for you
The pack lead
Run a tight crew
Deploy missions for your pack, manage who rides with you and keep everyone on the same channel.
- Team-only missions
- Join requests & standards
- Private chat rooms
The organiser
Fill the grid
Publish a ride with a meetup pin, a cap and a briefing, then see exactly who joined and who checked in.
- RSVP & rider caps
- QR check-in roster
- Automatic rider alerts
Credibility protocol
Respect isn't followed. It's earned.
No follower counts. No likes leaderboard. Your rank on Wheelers comes from one thing: verified attendance. Every QR check-in counts, and official club missions count for more.
- RECRUITLVL 1
Where every rider starts.
- RIDERLVL 2
Shows up and rides with the club.
- ENFORCERLVL 3
Proven on official missions.
- VETERANLVL 4
A seasoned name on the road.
- LEGENDLVL 5
Elite. Few riders get here.
