v0.1.7 Alpha · React in chat, see who read you, and posts that never double up

Released 28 October 2026

React to any chat message with an emoji, and see which riders have read yours. Mission chats now take photos, videos and voice notes. Posts, road votes and ride recaps go up in the background, and tapping POST twice no longer posts twice.

New

  • React to a message in pack and mission chats: long-press it for quick emoji, or double-tap it for a 👍. Tap the chips under a message to see who reacted.
  • ROLL CALL: long-press your own message to see who has read it and when (ROGER), and who hasn't yet (NO COPY).
  • Mission chats now take photos, videos and voice notes, like pack chats. A video downloads only when you tap it, and you see its size first.
  • You get a quiet notification when someone reacts to your message. You can switch it off in notification settings.
  • Signing up: slide the bike across to confirm your details, and get a welcome to the pack once your code is in.

Improved

  • Ride recaps have their own page: the recap screen lists every recap from the ride, and WRITE RECAP opens a separate page to write yours. After you post, you're back on the list with your recap at the top while it uploads.
  • Road votes post like normal posts: the screen closes right away and the vote shows at the top of the feed as POSTING. If the upload fails it says NOT POSTED, with RETRY and DISCARD.
  • Under a message, only the three most used emoji get their own chip. The rest fold into ⋯.

Fixed

  • Tapping POST twice quickly published a recap twice. Now it publishes once, and the same goes for posts, road votes, pack requests and contact messages.
  • After posting a recap you were left on an empty form. Now you land on the ride's recap list.
  • Videos sent in a mission chat could leave an empty message behind. They send properly now.
  • Some photos picked on Android (HEIC photos) were refused in chats. They send now.
  • Your own check-in, rank and milestone cards showed up empty in the feed. They now say what happened.
